Rowsley Fault Wines
Rowsley Fault is named after the ancient fault line on which our vineyards lie. Formed more than a million years ago, these ancient soils on the slopes of the Moorabool Valley which sits on the western edge of the Port Phillip basin are redolent of some of the classic vineyards of Europe – iron rich volcanic loam over fossilic limestone.
At our dry grown vineyard we use traditional winemaking techniques with minimal intervention, we produce elegant wines of true regional character.
